Are there registration fees?
C3 offers institutional membership options with different pricing and benefits. Contact League Operations for current membership information.
Can I participate if my school does not have an esports program?
Contact your school's student organizations department or administration about establishing a recognized esports club or team. C3 can provide information about becoming a participating institution.
Can I register as an individual player?
C3 competition is organized through participating collegiate institutions. Individual players should contact their school's esports program, club, or team manager about joining a roster.
Can online or out-of-state students compete?
Player eligibility depends on enrollment status, institution location, residency, and other league requirements. Students with unusual circumstances should request an eligibility review from League Operations before competing.
Does my school need a C3 membership?
Yes. Participating institutions must maintain an active C3 membership and complete applicable participation agreements.
How do I register a team for C3 Esports?
Team registration is coordinated through your school's esports program and C3 League Operations. Teams must complete the official registration process, applicable agreements, and roster requirements before being approved to compete.
What are the player eligibility requirements?
Players must attend an eligible collegiate institution, generally maintain full-time enrollment, have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, and meet C3's geographic and other eligibility requirements. See the General Rulebook for complete details.
What happens if my registration is not approved?
Registration is not finalized until League Operations approves it. Contact staff to identify missing information, incomplete agreements, or eligibility issues.
Where do I register for an upcoming season?
Registration instructions and deadlines are distributed through official C3 announcements and league communications. Contact your school representative or C3 League Operations for the current registration process.
